Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use discussionsclearly.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

1. Our Role: Referrals Only

Discussionsclearly Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. A provider does any work in your home, not Discussionsclearly Heating & Air.

2. No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

3. General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system differs, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

4. About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They vary with the job, location, equipment and labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

5. Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply.

6. Safety

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home. Then contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

7. How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Discussionsclearly Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

8. Accuracy of This Site

We try to keep the information here accurate and current. We make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
